Since 1989, Kids Help Phone has been there to offer free, 24/7, confidential support to young people in Canada. Our donors ensure that we’re keeping up with the growing demand for e-mental health services and always innovating to increase access to life-saving support.

By the end of 2021, Kids Help Phone is expecting to have over 5 million interactions with young people (a dramatic increase compared to 1.9 million in 2019). Thanks to our caring supporters, our professional counsellors and volunteer crisis responders are always there to remind young people that they’re never alone. And for that, we’re so grateful!
