This question was submitted to Kids Help Phone by a young person and answered by one of our professional counsellors. Before you start reading, we want to let you know the following question mentions thoughts of suicide that may be upsetting.


I have thoughts of suicide and I am feeling lonely. My life feels as if it’s being rejected. I feel like I am in a hole that is so deep and my sadness is deep and I am also feeling guilty for things I know are not my fault. I am always daydreaming, and feeling anxiety, stress, helplessness and loss of self-control. I need help I write about death and I love it and my family thinks I need help. Is this true? I just already attempted suicide like last week, I really know I am mental a little only in words in my poems. Please if your reading this helps me I need your help. Before I take what’s left of me.
